1. Email your order to us with the following information:
   
   - Name
   - Address (where should the item be mailed to?)
   - Item Code & quantity
   - Delivery Preference
   
   



2. We will send you a confirmation email within 3 working days from the receipt of your order. Item sold will be on first come first serve basis as we have limited stock for most of the items. We will let you know the availiability of the your selected item(s), your total purchase amount (plus postage) and payment information.
   
   



3. Please make payment via bank transfer within 3 working days once you receive the confirmation email. Bank account information will be provided in the confirmation email.
   
   



4. Item purchased will be sent out within 2 - 5 working days after payment has been received. As some of the items are handmade and we only produce it when you confirm your order, so please allow us some time to make them.
   
   
   Please take note that all items sold are not refundable.
